At times, your opinion may change regarding the products you have purchased. Don’t worry, we at elegent will do our best to make this happen as simply and smoothly as possible.
The customer has the right to exchange and return the product within 5 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is packaged in its original condition.
The return process takes three days to ensure that the product is received in its original, unused condition and that the attached product information card has not been removed.
The amount is refunded to the customer upon requesting a return after the product arrives and its original condition is confirmed within 14 days according to the bank.

The cost of replacement, return or cancellation
The cost of replacement and return is free if there is a manufacturing defect in the product or it does not match the order.
The customer bears a return fee of 10% of the total order and 70 riyals shipping cost for the return.
If the customer cancels the order before shipping, the customer will bear a fee of 6%.
There are no exchanges or returns on the following products
Special orders are provided upon the customer’s request, unless there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
